Credit Card Arbitration Credit Card? Arbitration's?

Credit Card? Arbitration's? - credit card arbitration

I Goton a letter to the arbitration. I do not understand. Arbitration is better than going to court? The map was 5000.00. Now it's much more. I think they want me to continue to 11,000.00 anyone has any advice about this? I sent the Office of the Attorney General of the monthly payments. Thank you!

Some credit cards have a duration of compulsory arbitration. You must respond and be ready to submit.

Do you have a real plan of payment in writing to the lawyer or just send something every month? If you send just a little bit, thinking that it would prevent from suing, you have done more harm than good. Any payment quickly, the statute of limitations (SOL), the time required for the application. And small payments probably not a bump in the interest of every month and costs.
