Weight problem? - oedema more condition_symptoms
Hello all.I am 21 weeks pregnant, was with twins.i 58 kg pregnant.and me b4 i am now 21 weeks pregnant 70 kilos ..... Can U please Temme much the approximate WGHT during pregnancy.i should all worry me as I HAV alrdy the 12 kg ... and God knows how much longer I'll put on.I feel my face, hands and feet are swollen, with Coz oedema.does anyone knows how to get rid of water retention

that sounds pretty good. With 1 child receives on average 12 kg and with the twins say that 20 weeks, like an end with 1 child. I just try to eat healthy, but to give some of these cravings. LOL. I'm pretty sure, cut the salty foods and gentle exercise will help with the swelling. Even if your session, you just tap your feet or something, just to maintain the traffic.

Weight gain varies from person to person. My advice is to eat when hungry and eat what you try to eat, but to do so in moderation. It's fun to show, but in the end very badly (and then lose even more miserable!). As for water retention, the answer is to drink more water. I know it sounds crazy, but usually occurs in the sodium retention and toxins in the body that contains the liquid. Court of sodium in your diet and drink plenty of water to toxins from your system.
